When cooking, use cooking oil, butter or margarine for best results when frying and browning.

Care of Cast Iron Pan
Cast iron is a natural and environmentally friendly product that requires simple care, without chemicals (such as detergent).
Use only hot water and a scrub brush when cleaning. Dry the cast iron pan free from moisture and do not store food in your cast iron pan as rust formation may occur.
The cast iron can advantageously be re-seasoned with cooking oil after use.
NOTE! Cast iron should not be washed in the dishwasher.
