All Carl Victor pancake pans are pre-seasoned with vegetable oil at 400 °C and ready to use right away. Over time, they develop a natural non-stick surface — completely free from synthetic coatings like PTFE or PFOA — a sustainable, chemical-free alternative that only gets better with use.
